Office Hours

Office Hours provide dedicated support time for current students. During these times, you may book either a Class Review or a Tutorial, depending on what you and your dog need.

These sessions are for dogs currently enrolled in our Core Courses (Pre-School through Grade 6) and most Electives. Office hours are hosted every two months, and spots fill quickly, so make sure to book ahead.

Note: Extra-curricular / specialty classes are not included in Office Hours

  • Class Review

    A Class Review session is a complementary 15-minute, one-on-one session designed to help you stay on track if you miss a class.

    Details:

    • 15-minute 1:1 review with an instructor for catching up on missed material
    • Offered during scheduled Office Hours
    • Valid for up to 4 months after the missed class

  • Tutorials

    A Tutorial Sessions are focused 15-minute paid session for students who want deeper help or to retake an exam.

    Perfect for:

    • Retaking an exam you have been practicing at home
    • Working on a specific behaviour (polite greetings, leave it, etc.)
    • Extra support beyond your regular class
