Yoga at CCC
Enjoy a cozy, calming, sunlit yoga experience with options for both human-only and canine-inclusive classes.
Our human-only classes are beginner-friendly, Hatha-style sessions designed for a soft and peaceful practice. Each class focuses on gentle stretches, meditation, and mindfulness to support relaxation and overall well-being. All levels are welcome, with modifications available for both new and continuing yoga students. Classes run every Monday at 10 a.m. and Wednesday at 11 a.m. (excluding statutory holidays).
We also offer a unique canine-inclusive class on Mondays at 11 a.m., where your dog joins you on the mat! In addition to human yoga, dogs are guided through their own stretches and gentle interactions, creating a fun and enriching bonding experience for both of you. This class is also beginner-friendly. All classes are led by certified instructor Cynthia and are suitable for beginners.
Join Us!
Take an hour to breathe, stretch, and reconnect, with your dog or on your own. Our Yoga sessions provide a safe, guided environment where both humans and dogs can move mindfully and enjoy a moment of calm at the start of the week.
Details at a Glance:

- Classes are $20. Punch cards can be purchased for convenience or we can accept payment at the beginning of class for drop in session.
- Small class sizes with attentive guidance from our certified instructor, Cynthia.
- Come as you are, no registration required. Bring your dog, or enjoy a solo practice designed to leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and connected.
While registration isn’t required, we do appreciate a quick email ahead of time to let us know you are coming as it helps us ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for everyone.
