Canine Inclusive Yoga

Start your week with calm, connection, and purpose. Our Canine Inclusive Yoga class blends traditional yoga poses with gentle, dog-friendly stretches, creating a relaxed environment where both you and your dog can unwind. Guided by our certified instructor Cynthia, each session supports flexibility, mindfulness, and meaningful bonding with your canine companion.

We believe this is one of the most restorative ways to begin your week, an hour dedicated entirely to your well-being. Whether you join with your dog or come solo, this is your space to breathe, move thoughtfully, and take time for yourself.

Classes run every Monday at 11 a.m. (excluding statutory holidays), and your first class is free. Drop-ins are welcome.

How Canine Inclusive Yoga Works

Our Canine Inclusive Yoga sessions are designed to be gentle, engaging, and accessible for all skill levels, whether you’re a seasoned yogi, a curious beginner, or attending without a dog.

  • Mindful Movement: Enjoy traditional yoga poses adapted to be dog-friendly, promoting flexibility, strength, and calm.

  • Dog-Friendly Stretches: Gentle stretches and movements allow your dog to safely participate, encouraging confidence, balance, and relaxation.

  • No Dog Required: Many participants attend solo, and you’re welcome to enjoy the class without a dog. The session is just as restorative and fulfilling for humans alone.

  • A Supportive Environment: Classes are small and welcoming, with plenty of guidance from Cynthia, our certified yoga instructor.

  • Connection and Well-Being: Beyond physical benefits, the class fosters bonding with your dog (if you bring one), mindfulness for yourself, and a restorative start to your week.

  • Pace: Classes are self-paced, your dog and you set the rhythm. No pressure, no competition.
