The Facility
Our Vanessa Campus is located on 100 picturesque acres. Located at 2097 Windham East Quarter Line Rd, Vanessa N0E 1V0. The property has extensive forests for exploration, fenced open acreage for running and a pond for swimming and paddling.
Our State-of-the-Art Training Facility
Completed in 2020, our training facility offers a bright, spacious, and welcoming environment designed to ensure comfort year-round. The non-slip rubber matting, are meticulously cleaned and sanitized daily, guaranteeing a pristine classroom for you and your dog. Our facility boasts modern equipment, including raised dog beds and an array of sensory and confidence-building tools. Additionally, our fully equipped agility field provides an exciting and dynamic sporting space to enhance your dog sport experience.
Our Daycare and Boarding Facility
Our facility is a leader in its class. Individual suites designed using Mason Company’s unmatched infrastructure allows for total privacy for our guests both indoors and outside. This ensures each guest’s stay is more relaxing. The upper portion of the front door of the suite is glass providing a lot of light and lending itself well to routine supervision of our guests. Mason Company are world renown for building kennels unparalleled in safety, disease prevention, sanitation and ventilation. Our facility is equipped with multiple security cameras to ensure the safety of our guests at all times.
Our facility is also equipped with 4 Surgically Clean Air filtration systems, which is a ‘world class, medical grade indoor air purification system.’ These filters have a 6-stage filtration process and are often used in hospitals, dental clinics and nursing homes.
Each room has a built-in saloon style door allowing guests easy indoor/outdoor access. The doors are manufactured by Kennel Plex and are partially constructed of plexiglass which gives each room natural light and a view to the outside. Soothing music is played in the space to help the dogs relax during their rest time.
Using radiant floor heat provides each dog with a cozy place to rest. We enlisted the services of an industrial contractor to finish the floors with an epoxy frequently used in hospitals. This ensures impeccable hygiene. Our building also undergoes an extensive daily cleaning routine.
Throughout the day our guests enjoy socialization and exploring with supervision in one of our 3 fully fenced exercise yards. Our largest play space is a full 2 acres fenced with a secure double gate system. Our play groups are small and strategically planned by our Certified Pet Dog Trainer to make sure all guests leave their playtime having genuinely enjoyed the session and with better doggy manners. Our guests are guaranteed to be outside 4 times per day at an absolute minimum. Highly socialized dogs will have even more opportunities to play with friends.
We have 24/7 access to veterinary medical treatment should the need arise. Most of our staff are certified in Dog First Aid and CPR through Walks ‘N’ Wags Pet First Aid. We will honour your feeding requirements and are able to accommodate any feeding regime, including raw. Administering medications, maintaining fresh water to drink and proper daily exercise are part of our all-inclusive pricing because every dog deserves exemplary care!
The Groom Room
We have a bright, spacious grooming salon managed by our professional pet stylist Liesje who will be happy to treat your dog to some pampering before home time. Guests are welcomed to book additional services to their stay such as manicures and pedicures, ear cleaning or teeth brushing.
